Shared Rides

• Includes up to 3 riders, picked up and dropped off at Hitch locations along your route.
• Riders sit in the front passenger seat and two in the back.
• Riders may be added up to 30 minutes–1 hour before departure.
• All rider profiles must match the passengers entering your car.
• Airport service is not available.

Private Rides

• Booked by one person but may include up to 4 riders (1 in front, 3 in the back).
• Pickups and drop-offs are at Hitch locations only.

Door-to-Door Rides

• A type of private ride with custom pickup and drop-off locations set in advance.
• Includes airport pickup and drop-off.
• Booked under one profile but may have up to 4 riders.

Hitch XL Rides

• For XL drivers only, accommodates up to 5–6 riders.
• Listed under one profile but may include additional passengers.

💡 Important Notes:

• Extra riders on private or XL rides must enter and exit at the assigned locations — no additional stops.
• Riders cannot change trip details once the ride starts.
