What to Do

• If the booked rider is not the passenger, contact support immediately before starting the ride.
• Support will transfer the ride to the correct profile and decide whether to authorize it.

• Operating outside this policy without involving support can result in non-payment, suspension, or removal from the platform. Always follow the assigned ride details.

💡As with any of our policies, we cannot support any issues that may arise if you are operating outside of a policy, process or not involving support in a ride that is operating outside of assigned ride details.
