When selecting a round trip, you commit to completing both the outbound and return rides. The app will optimize the best return timing, but the return ride you accepted may change. Drivers should wait for the return time displayed in the app.

Key Rules for Round Trip Rides:

  1. If a return trip is canceled after the outbound has started, a 50% reduction will apply to the outbound fare. Before accepting a round trip, make sure you're able to complete both the outbound and return legs.
  2. Canceling a return or not fulfilling a return commitment forfeits payment of the return leg.
  3. If delays occur due to waiting for outbound riders beyond allowed times without contacting support, you may lose the round-trip payment or face account removal.
  4. Always use in-app navigation and remain responsive to riders and support staff. Unresponsiveness can lead to payment issues or removal from the return ride.
