Here’s what to expect regarding rider luggage:

1. Single-Seat Purchase
   • Riders can bring 1-2 small bags (e.g., one carry-on and a backpack or one standard suitcase).
   • If a rider brings extra luggage, they must cancel their shared ride and book a private one. Inform Hitch support to assist with cancellations.
2. Private/Door-to-Door Rides
   • Riders can bring items that fit safely in the trunk of a standard sedan (typically 2-3 suitcases).
3. Hitch XL
   • Riders can bring items that fit safely in an SUV or van (up to 5 suitcases).

⚠️ Important

• Bags must be secured and must not block your view or vehicle operation.
• If luggage exceeds your vehicle’s capacity, contact support before starting the ride to help resolve or cancel the booking.
• Accepting luggage outside of the policy is at your own risk, and Hitch cannot assist with any issues that arise.
• Riders must travel with any items they’re transporting—package delivery is not allowed.
