• Our system depends on fixed schedules and designated locations to keep pricing low and rides efficient.
• Allowing changes may affect ETAs, add-on riders, and return trips, potentially canceling your return and reducing payment.

Custom Door-to-Door Rides

• Door-to-Door rides allow custom locations but must follow the details in-app. Mileage-based pricing cannot accommodate rider changes.
