Cancellation Payment Overview

1. Within 1 Hour of Departure
   • Eligible for a $20 cancellation payment for your time preparing and traveling to the pickup.
   • Payment is manual—contact support in-app to request it. Delays may occur if support isn't notified.
2. Return Ride Canceled
   • You'll still receive your standard return ride payment only.
3. More Than 1 Hour Before Departure
   • No payment is provided. You'll return to the driver pool to receive new requests.
