We’ve introduced dynamic payments to reflect changing route conditions. Your trip payouts are now based on factors like drive time, trip timing, driver availability, and proximity to the start time.

Key Points:

• Each trip shows the exact payout before you accept, giving you full visibility.
• Rides are paid as one-way or round-trip.
• If you have a return, the app will display its details via text and in-app. Returns will pay the return rate offered - a bonus that contributes to the full payment. You must complete the return ride to receive the full amount.
• If no return is available after selecting a round trip, you’ll still be paid as a round trip.
  • For round-trip payments, you must accept the return ride presented to you. No exceptions. Check out our Return Ride Policy for more information.
• Different types of rides and services will have varying payouts.
