Pick up only the rider matching the details in your app. Ask for their name and confirm your vehicle info. If the ride was booked for someone else, they must transfer the ride via support and have their own account.
Follow Road Rules
Stay alert, avoid distractions, and use a phone mount for navigation. Adhere to speed limits and road signs.
Communicate via the App
Use the app’s temporary phone numbers for all communication to protect your privacy. Don’t contact riders outside the provided number.
Encourage Backseat Seating
Ask riders to sit in the back for safety and comfort. For shared rides, one rider sits in the front, two in the back.
Ensure Seatbelt Use
Everyone must wear seatbelts. Riders with children must provide and install car seats if required by law. Contact support if they arrive without one.
Stay Aware of Others on the Road
Watch for pedestrians and cyclists, especially in busy areas and pick-up/drop-off zones.
Follow Drop-Off Rules
Obey local signage and laws at drop-offs. Ensure passengers exit safely to avoid damage to your vehicle.
