To ensure safety, pickups and drop-offs must occur only at designated Hitch locations.

Pickup:

• All rides must begin at the app-specified pickup point.

Drop-off:

• Riders must be dropped off at the location noted in the app.

No exceptions are allowed, and issues caused by disregarding this policy will not be supported. Locations may be updated by dispatch, and you’ll be notified before departure.

All rides must start at the scheduled time. Early or late departures cannot be accommodated.
